I don't know about you, but for me 2009 was the bastard year from hell.
I didn't handle stress well as I normally do and I need to radically re-think my coping strategies.

Stress & the gym are a good combination as well, you'll be amazed at how hard you can push yourself if you have some steam to let off!![]()

I mean... I really clean... nothing gets in my way... so if you ever come to my house and the oven in out from the wall, the fridge is in the garden and the sofa's are all dead centre of the living room...

I generally need to do something productive when I'm stressed.
Achieving something really helps clear my head.
I usually play a silly, easy game. I found that if you play a game like TF2 or L4D then it will just wind you up even more! Playing something like GTA takes your mind off things.
Though lately I've been doing that less as I've been under relatively little stress. Application to uni went smoothly and I'm doing well in all my classes without being under too much stress.

I'd see your Doctor too. Being wound up and having real stress are different animals. The latter can take quite a bit of unravelling and you need a professional to assist you. Exercise and distraction tactics are fine for when you're wound up; if you have real stress, you need to be more attentive about what your body and lifestyle are telling you and make changes.
I don't deal with my stress, I express it much to the horror of those around me.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Having a longterm goal really helped me lift the weight off my shoulders. I recently started doing barbell exercises and progressively putting the weight on the barbell has really helped lift my mood and self esteem. Also it's helped me focus more on uni work and I'm staying late working in studio everyday now and not missing any lecturesIt's been a great start to the year!
