My grandmother has been having some dizzy spells recently and I am not sure if these UC reactive lenses could be having an effect.
Anyone here have experience with these type of lenses?

If you mean the Reactions/Reactalite type photochromic lenses that go dark(-ish) in sunlight, then yes, I've been using them for many years, and never had a problem .... except with some Carl Zeiss lenses where they barely reacted at all. But they were replaced with Rodenstock lenses that were fine.
I've never had any problems with dizziness, and heard of them causing problems .... but that doesn't mean they couldn't. It would surprise me though.
I wouldn't buy general purpose outdoor glasses that weren't reactive.
I've got a pair for riding with. Never had a problem with them, especially as the change is a fairly gradual process that you don't tend to notice happening.
I had them twelve years ago when they were really quite bad in response etc and far worse than todays "reaction" lenses. I hated them and regretted getting them. Now I have clear glasses and some cheap prescription sunglasses. But saying that I never actually had any problem with the photochromatic lenses. Managed to get through my A levels ok wearing them.
I thought you meant your Granny had glow in the dark contact lenses, I wondered if she also had a whistle & neon furry boots!
I have a pair of normal glasses and reaction ones which both have the same prescription in the
same frame, bought at the same time from specsavers.
I have no problems with the normal glasses but with the reactions my eyes ache and thats not
even when they are dark.
