Property for sale in Egypt, Cairo

Delete this if it's not allowed Admins, but it's not exactly ideal in the "For Sale" forums heh.

We have a 4 bedroom villa in Egypt with a swimming pool just put on the market this week as we have decided to sell it due to owning a Villa already in the same complex (we owned the first one, bought a new one because we had the opportunity to do so, and the old one has been rented ever since).

It's in a secure complex in Shorouk City, the complex is called Shorouk 2000.

I won't put any more details, but if you are thinking of buying an investment in Egypt or even a home, or you know someone who is interested, just PM me or even reply in this thread and I'll post all the info.

Price wise, it is around 2.5m Egyptian Pounds. Rental income is between £1000 and £1500 pcm.

A typo I am sure, it's a pretty big range between £1000 and £15000 per month

    Eh?

Egypt is safe as, if not safer, than the UK in most things.

Cairo is a pretty safe place to be actually, I have no problems walking about when I am there, even at night.

Where about is Shorouk City SammEl? I know Cairo a bit, but not that well.

Put in "Mobarek road, Cairo" into Google Maps, then click "Do you mean this etc" below" - That's Shorouk City, The villa is on Mobarek Road in a complex.

It's a road with villa complexes and the British University etc.

It's safer at night in the City tbh. Egyptians tend to awake at night and asleep daytime.

Sorry, due to the questionable legal liability for Hexus, I've closed this. I'll run it by Hexus staff, but I feel the answer is no on this one.

Just a tip for the future, if you think it is questionable, it might be worth asking the admins & mods before you list it. Likely to get a better response that way
