Re: Last night I woke up...
last night i dreamed i crashed my car, punched someone in the face who doesn't deserve it, and then got shouted at by Bruce Forsyth for causing trouble
Re: Last night I woke up...
Poor Andehh your waking mind can make you think funny things, like your still in dream mode.
The weirdest dream i've had recently was I dreampt of my boss, i'd dreampt me and a colleague had gone out drinking, I didn't want to drink, because i'd seen my boss on the dancefloor hammered, I decided to stand close up to the wall hoping she wouldn't see me! next thing she spots me, lunges at me and bites my hand:surprised:
Weird thing was I get to work the next morning, and the first thing she does is hug me! saying "I had a dream you sent me a nasty text message! It really upset me because there was no kisses or anything!!!! you always put kisses on your texts!!" she went on to say she woke up feeling she had upset me, and couldn't wait to get to work to put it right! :O_o1:
I told her she deserved the nasty text after biting me in my dream! :D even weirder was for the rest of the day, she'd say what I was thinking, or i'd go to do something and she'd be like! "I was just about do that!"
Re: Last night I woke up...
I would have lol'ed too :)

I think I heard a rumour that if someone wakes you and you (somehow and for some reason) killed them within the first few seconds, you can get away with it on diminished responsiblities (or even all together).
I don't generally always remember the dream itself, but sometimes the way I feel in them carries on with me during the day. Oddly enough, when I have a dream where I've gone into a rage in it, I feel much more relaxed when I wake up!
Re: Last night I woke up...
Sometime when I wake up from an interesting/weird dream I write it down. Those usually involve 'horror' elements, but are 100x better than horror movies because my 'guard' is off. Unfortunately, once outside the dream atmosphere (i.e. fully awake), the notes I take are no longer creepy
Re: Last night I woke up...
Reminds me off this weird flying object I saw last weekend. Was just busy playing on my computer when I noticed an orange shape floating outside my house, it was moving erractically and flicking so definately not some kind of airplane.
My best guess was something like a rubbish bag on fire as it kept floating around for a fair while.
Re: Last night I woke up...
When I went to bed the other night, I was dreaming that Gordon Brittas (Chris Barrie probably better known as Rimmer from Red Dwarf, just for those that don't know lol) was my boss in my store where I work. He could bever work out why people weren't buying from us anymore.
When I pointed out in my dream that he may be the root cause to the problem he refused to believe it. I even pointed out that telling customers where they could buy a TV cheaper in town probably wasn't the best thing to do. I pointed out the company's price match policy but all he did was say "We wouldn't sell anything if we were anything but honest now would be Simon" and at that point I woke up thumping the air.
The other weird one was last year, middle of October I think it was I woke up with my phone in my hand at 3am in the morning dialing a number, it was all but complete and all I had to do was press the call button and I'd have upset whoever it was at the other end with a 3am phone call. I later that day called the number I was trying to dial when I woke up (I wrote it down, I wanted to know who I was trying to call) it turned out to be my ex g/f !!

Do you want a slap ? Or have you a problem with my job ? :O_o1:
Though I suspect it's my mind not getting your sense of humour.

I lol'd
Re: Last night I woke up...
I don't remember most of my dreams, but I think I must have weird ones due to me waking up my wife shouting bizarre and random things. Apparently in the early hours of last saturday I woke her up to inform her that "My hovercraft is full of eels".
Must have been quite a Pythonesque dream...
Re: Last night I woke up...
Weird dreams don't bother me, I have them so often. And I remember quite a lot of them too, but only short term weirdly.
The ones that really bother me are when I wake up from such a nice dream and realise it isn't real, it can really depress me. For example, dreaming of being with someone you care a lot for (especially if you're single) and waking up to realise you're alone in bed...

You must have recently watched QI. It's not uncommon for me to dream about something I've seen on TV or a game I've played recently. I believe it's just your mind sorting out your memories.

Yep, that's happened to me a few times. :(
