So they removed 3 dots from her face? So what?
Maybe her parents requested it?
I presume this is a Daily Fail story then...
that 'airbrushed' image is ridiculously low quality - I call BS and would suggest it's someone with too much time on their hands creating a story on totally false basis, not that journalists do that, huh?
....
I'm not surprised, a LOT of photoshopping goes on with images, removing people in shot, enhancing the focus etc.
Why is it so bad that one paper wants to show her without blemishes?
 hurrrrr durrrrrr

Now im confused

Can professional photographers no longer light an image correctly? Or is the real world *actually* that grey and boring and we all invent the nice bright colours ourselves? :O_o1:
I remeber those from a while ago when the Dove adverts started out with 'real women' some are just unreal aren't they!

I see no improvement; she may be a lost cause.
Look at the teeth, they have been "straitened and whitened".....as for the face, it seems like they have stretched it width way for some odd reason....
rounder faces do seem more friendly
I've been asked to airbrush Alesha Dixon. I remembered once seeing a TV show she did complaining about a 'culture of airbrushing'. I considered bringing that up, but thought better of it and airbrushed away :).
I guess its cheaper to take an ok photograph then get and artist to base an portrait from that that to get a very good photographer to do it in one.Its kind of going back to the old days of portrait artiists making better than life pictures. I should check on that picture in my loft, it should be looking GREAT by now!
Yeah, I guess. I was chatting to the missus about it last night and that's pretty much what she said - they don't bother spending the time to get a really good photo because it's assumed that it'll be touched up before use.
She also pointed out that we expect to see brighter colours than we used to - pretty much down to the intensity of colour you get from a backlit screen...
i like the way SammEl hasn't been back in this thread yet
That ashleigh hall lass used to go to my college.
The last girl shown in the link really gives a strange look. Reddish face gives the view like I am seeing some apple LOL.
To me, it looks like it may have been halloween and she went as a school girl. You know, you always see girls like that on halloween and they always give themselves ridiculous freckles on their cheeks. Maybe this was the only recent picture of her, and her parents wanted them removed?
In the same vein:
I got the pictures from your post, therefore you created that image.
Just because they are displaying the image doen't mean it is theirs...
For example, DimasTech have recentgly pilfered 2 of my piccys from the interwibble and are displaying them on their site... Doesn't mean that they made them...
I really don't get this thread...
Please refrain from personal insults, this is the one and only warning.
Next time people get to spend some time away from Hexus.
That was the part of the post I objected to, as even in the 2010s I do not feel that is an acceptable part of polite communication.Quote:
