One question though, if someone bought out an iPad like device, that instead ran Windows, would the people who said no to the iPad buy that instead?
Personally I can see the appeal of a touch screen tablet device over say a laptop or netbook but I'm wondering about others![]()

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
Go on, have another thanks - that made me giggle at the end of the day.
Now, I must step wasting time on here and get back to work... *sigh*
It doesn't even have to be Windows.
I think if it's the fact that the iPad doesn't run OSX and Jobs keep saying it is "awesome/amazing" and "cheap" for what it does and costs that there are so many jokes about it
Its a gimmick and the only thing that saves this gimmick are lots of good apps by 3rd party developers and yet Apple is gonna make a fortune off these 3rd party developers as well.
