This. It's not exactly the most accessible or navigable website anymore. It's perhaps not quite an April Fool's "joke", but I suspect it may be a one day special - he's done a few in the past. I have to admit that I cheated and looked at the source code to find most of the one-liners - although I did try the "sudo make me a sandwich" off my own bat, just because it was a very obvious one to implement if you were going to do an xkcd CLI front-end...
