There was an interesting one on Absolute radio this morning, the DJ had got an ad placed saying they were looking for Matadors for the resurgance of UK Bullfighting, and then queued up a load of irate people to yell at the guy who was supposedly running it :)

This. It's not exactly the most accessible or navigable website anymore. It's perhaps not quite an April Fool's "joke", but I suspect it may be a one day special - he's done a few in the past. I have to admit that I cheated and looked at the source code to find most of the one-liners - although I did try the "sudo make me a sandwich" off my own bat, just because it was a very obvious one to implement if you were going to do an xkcd CLI front-end...
