Well that was weird

This morning i must have had one of the weirdiest conversations i've had in a long while.

I'm there stood at the gate just checking out some paperwork and talking to one of the ground staff when a passenger comes up (looked about 35) and say's if it's ok to ask me some questions. Not having a shortage of time and being in a good mood i was fine.

Well the conversation starts of with the normal questions such as what is it like etc but about 5 mins in he starts going on about going into space. I point out to him that i'm a pilot not an astronaut but he carries on saying that all pilots now have been into space.
When i point out to him about how many pilots in the world there are and the scale/economics but he just keeps going on. When i honestly reckon if it hadn't had to get back to the cockpit we could have been they're for some time.

When the guy didn't seem particulary bright when he approached me but i didn't think people were the dumb.
Is it just me or was that guy missing a few brain cells.

at least you didn't come home to find 4 polish blokes revving the nuts off chainsaws while stood in the middle of your own back lawn




they were cutting down next doors overhanging tree. they even moved the 8ft grizzly out of the way so they wouldn't damage it. not that you even could damage it. last year one of the 'high up' branches fell off that tree and just bounced of its head, not even a dent or scratch to be seen
