It's really hard to understand the exact position you mean, but if you mean what I think you mean - you seem to be asking if someone can hold a position like this one from Mission Impossible (but without the wires and weights, obviously )? So, lying face down and fully extended?

In which case I'd be surprised if you could, because your entire body weight would be pivoting around your wrists. I think you'd need a pivot point slightly nearer the centre of your body, or something more cantilever-ish: like the bloke up ^^^^^^ there. I could be wrong however - I suppose someone with strong wrists and a low body-weight might be able to produce sufficient leverage with their wrists to manage it. Seems unlikely though.

i don't think we have any major muscle groups that would make it possible.. we need a physiotherapist. they might know!

possibly if you could use your forearms too, I just don't think the wrists are strong enough

well, this is what i was trying to tell them, the wrist are going to support the whole body....i dont think so lol, my sis belives its the rest of the body that is doing it, i did try and tell her that the forearms and wrist are what will be holding the whole body up and the rest of the muscles will be keeping it straight but she wouldnt have none of it.

Re: how strong is a human? can it defi gravitiy?

Are you asking if someone can support their own weight like this?

    o____
    |

If so, then I'd say no chance. A plank is the exact same position, but with your feet on the floor, and it's unbelievably hard. Without your feet on the floor, it would be impossible... you'd just tip over until they did hit the floor. But that's so ridiculously impossible I can't imagine it's what you're asking.
