Unknown Mickey Rourke film...

I remember watching a film back in 1994 with Mickey Rourke (My guess is that it was released a lot earlier), where he and his gang are being chased (by the police I think) and are eventually hunted down at a forest with a stream and they’re all shot and killed.

Does anybody know the title of this film?
