    If I was DR I'd certainly be complaining to ebay about the listing and asking that it was removed. This idiot has stolen graphs from hexus, left the hexus branding clearly visible in the watermark, crudely photoshopped his own "branding" onto the graphs and is using them in a sales listing, implying that his CPU has been tested by hexus. If he'd done that to my site I'd be after his guts on a plate, frankly.

    Looks like grounds for a law suit to me - after all, he's in America, the land of litigation...

    Apparently Intel's best chip doesn't even run faster 'then' 3.3GHZ and the one for sale is over 1GHZ faster!!!!11oneone!

    Bit of misrepresentation here, should be reoported fpr mis-selling. If he'd put it differently, selling a chip of lower frequency guaranteed to overclock to those speeds, might've been different.
