    Personally I think it probably was not the Lockerbie bomber, however he was convicted of the crime, and he should not have been released. He should have continued with his appeal. I see the release a way this country tried to save face (not having to admit to a mistake) but it goes to prove that two wrongs to not make a right. As a result we have the situation that a convicted murder* has been released on medical grounds, when in fact it seems he was not that sick. I expect the hope was he would disappear before the people released we were duped. I still believe Iran was responsible not Libya, and I think its terrible that all the focus is on Al-Megrahi when the real murders are still out there and we should be trying to catch them.

    *He was convicted so he is a convicted murder (unjust or not).
