I lost a staggering 8.5lbs this week, bringing me to 15.5lbs in 3 weeks.
I can hardly believe just how much crap I must have eaten to maintain my weight before now, because I've literally just stuck to 3 meals a day and reduced some of my portions a little to achieve this (plus the once a week exercise class)

i would find it hard to manage 3 meals a day, i have no appetite at all. Is your job physical?
