    Ok, I just had to share this

    I lost a staggering 8.5lbs this week, bringing me to 15.5lbs in 3 weeks.

    I can hardly believe just how much crap I must have eaten to maintain my weight before now, because I've literally just stuck to 3 meals a day and reduced some of my portions a little to achieve this (plus the once a week exercise class)

    keep up the good work.. i would find it hard to manage 3 meals a day, i have no appetite at all. Is your job physical?

    Well done dude, keep reducing the portions slightly (that last spoon full, put it back ) and up the exercise bit by bit and you'll be amazed where you end up!

    Nope, it's a boring office job, what I'm basically down to is a cereal bar for breakfast (keep these in my desk drawer so don't have to faff about before I get to work), a sandwich for lunch and then a proper meal in the evening (anything from a microwave meal, to something larger but all around 500-800 calories and low fat where possible).

    All in all, it means I hit about 1600 calories a day, which is really low for my size, but seems to be working and I'm not *that* hungry until it's close to a meal time.


    Funnily enough, eating regularly actually has helped generate an appetite BUT has cut down my cravings for snack food.

    Well done mate, thats some very good going. you really start to notice it when clothes you haven't been able to wear for months actually start to fit

    Started at 21st 4lbs, down to 20st 2.5lbs so far.

    And yeah, I'm up for a Hexus slim off, we can even be geeky about it and do it based on %'s if you want lol


    So far, I'm starting to notice my trousers falling down a bit at work, which I may have to fix

    I have to say I didn't think you were that heavy Lucio ! You've done really well indeed to loose that amount in such a short time, and for that I take my hat off to you (If I were wearing one that is !)

    When I started the above some 16 weeks ago I was 18.5 stone, and I've now come down to 16.5 stone. Not been at that weight since I was 24. My aim is to get to where I was when I was 18 which was 14 stone.

    And as for a throw down, dude I think you've won ! I could not for the life of me loose 8.5 pounds in a week, thats just pure win !
