Ebay - no response from seller

I am in the process of building a carPC, one of the last parts for me to receive is also one of the most important, the wiring for the PSU and AMP. I ordered a wiring kit on the 16th, and I have not heard anything from the seller at all. I had it shipped to the wrong address, realising it a matter of minutes after I placed the order. I sent him a message informing him of the mistake & requesting it to be shipped to a different address, since then I have sent him a similar message everyday.

It is getting to the point where I want to cut my losses & order from someone else, AMP wiring kits are as common as muck and all very similar in price. That being said, I will be blowed if Im going to loose the £10 I have paid him.

How long do i need to leave it before I can contact paypal and ask for a refund from them?

    cheers guys

Don't quote me on this but I think it's something like 7 days, but that might be how long it is if you raise a ticket with the paypal team and they've not responded or something.
