    Good one. I don't go along with the middle-aged crisis bit though. Deciding to ride after years of lounging in the car or on the settee is the realisation that unless you get it all moving again, it will all start to stiffen up and cycling, with your skeletal structure supported, can be the best and cheapest way to get into shape.
