Data Cable & a Nokia 7210 help please

    hi guys..

Just picked up a data cable from ebay for my 7210, i have some software too, but the computer does not seem to see the phone and tells me that nothig is connected via any serial ports?

is there something i need to do on my phone or computer? so they start to talk?

    can anyone help please?

if your using nokia pc suit (or something like that) then you have to have a USB cable not a pop port one

if you do have a pop port one (their about £3 vs. £15 for a USB nokia one) then download "oxygen phone manager"

i use that and a 7210 and its very good (but not as good as PC suit)

    No problem m8

I just use the free one as all I do is tones / games / images

The only thing I cant do in the demo is to organise my address book, and upload them all at the same time, but not worth buying the software IMO
