    Work 4 Bletchley Park

    http://www.justgiving.com/workforbletchleypark

Bletchley Park is a hugely important heritage site, famous for being the home of code breakers like Alan Turing and Jerry Roberts during WWII, as well as being the birthplace of the modern programmable electronic computer in 1943.

The Heritage Lottery Fund have offered a grant of £4.1 million, which would transform Bletchley Park’s fortunes and ensure its future as a world-leading heritage site that will inspire future generations of British innovators.

But to secure this money, they must raise £1.5 million through private donations, tickets sales and other sources. 1/3rd of that money has been raised so far, and another £1 million must be found in the next year and a bit.

To say thank you to the men and women of Bletchley Park for all they did for us, with no recognition until very recently, people like you are very generously donating one day’s pay on September 16th directly to the Bletchley Park Trust.

We know times are hard, but we really hope you will join us in pledging your pay for Sept 16th to Bletchley Park.

To show our gratitude for all the work they did for us, let’s spend one day working for them.

Every £1 you donate can unlock £4 of lottery money, and with Gift Aid, your generous help will go even further.
