Anyone know of any cheap places to stay in London?

Me and a couple of mates have got tickets for Ozzfest at the o2 arena next weekend but we could do with somewhere a little cheaper than the average hotel (£100+ a night) to stay the night... any ideas guys?

Look for something further away from the centre, follow a night bus route out until your beyond zone 4 should get cheap then.

So you could be looking at £30-35 per head in a twin room? There's loads round there all very unremarkable, but it's somewhere dry and private to sleep which is probably all you need.

There's one in York which doesn't look too shabby, but I guess it depends on if you mind sharing rooms.

Surprised you can't find anything as you should be able to find something as the O2 is in the east and not in central london and currently it is the slow season.

Anywhere in London would do. Just catch a tube.
There are good hostels all over the place. Kings CRoss has a nice modern YHA.
