That certainly is a case of monkey business. At least they didn't employ chimps, it would just fill it's world with bannanas.
Thousands of monkeys roam, mostly around government offices and are considered a public nuisance....For years the animals have caused havoc, riding on the city's metro trains and even roaming through parliament....They have invaded the prime minister's office and the defence ministry.

We've got two rather large useless monkey's in charge at the moment, but then thats always been the trend for the last 10 years at the very least.
