Alertpay.com

Hello,
One of the games I play is changing from paypal to alertpay for donations (free to play mmorpg with cash shop)

Has anyone had any experience with Alertpay?
Im sure the game owner has done his homework on Alertpay before deciding to make it the only method for donating to the game but i thought I would ask opinions about here anyway.

Never even heard of them.

But I wonder if they are moving from PayPal for this reason:
