I was meant to pay this morning, but on arriving at work we have all been told that the 'recession' has finally hit us. A 25% pay cut across the board.

So with that in mind I am being slightly over cautious, but I would rather have the credit card with a £0 balance, and a bit more money stashed away just in case the worst happens.

Thanks, unfortunatly with a fairly large base covering 10-11 Police forces, several health authorities, and a large chunk of the MOD it didnt look good. It seems that not many people have gone, just alot of cut backs, and purchasing is now an empty dept.
