Been revising a bit with my CGP book, they're pretty good.
IMPORTANT: CHECK THAT YOUR CALCULATOR IS ALLOWED IN THE EXAM! The exam boards only let you use certain models of calculators.

My teacher said as long as I don't have the insert that comes with the case I'm alright.
It's a pretty good scientific one, but not graphical, so it should be fine.

Well BALLS my calculator is on the banned list.
I'm trying really hard to avoid expletives here. Now I have to find another scientific calculator....

I'm on Northern Ireland board and I've got Pure 1 tomorrow...
Really wish I'd revised more
Ah well I think I'll do ok just gotta hope that certain questions are the short 5 markers and not the massive 15 mark ones.
Ive got pure 1 tomorrow morning at 9pm, Im soooo looking forward to it....
So was mine. I however didnt find this out untill after the exam in which it had been used.

Have confidence guys. Go into the paper knowing you're going to take it on and eat it for breakfast. Read the questions first, all of them. Then your brain will subconciously work on all the other questions while you're answering your first one. When you come to a question, make sure you know exactly what it wants. Look at what you're given and if given, what you have to end up with and you can frequently work from both ends. Most of all, don't panic! Even if you get half way through the exam but haven't answered much, don't worry: you often get leaps of inspiration or moments where you realise just what to do. Maths isn't English, History or other essay questions where it's important to start writing lots immediately. I've got a couple of tutees sitting P1 tomorrow and this is the advice I've given them. Finally, good luck to all of you!
