Question Do BigPockets often screw up orders?

Placed an order for their offer of 25x white DVD-R, 25x red DVD-R and 50 DVD cases for £15.99 on Wednesday.
To my surprise the package arrived yesterday afternoon at work (ironically after I'd gone home on a half day) and I opened it this morning... to find someone else's order inside.

I can see what happened, the order numbers are identical except for 1 digit - but the delivery note inside had completely different details and delivery address on.
So I ended up with 50x Bulkpaq DVD-Rs and 50x Traxdata CD-Rs instead.

I'm pretty sure it was the same company that I tried to buy a cheap printer and DVD player from a few weeks back and the order got charged, recorded as "despatched" and was later cancelled without them telling me due to one of the items being out of stock.
So I'm not terribly impressed with these guys.

Does this happen a lot, or if it has happened to anyone else are they pretty good with sorting it out/giving freebies?

Big Pockets are alright only ever used them once for a few dvd's although others I know who have used them say that they often mess something up somewhere and they have to wait for them to sort it. I have only used them once personally so I can't really comment but from what friends have told me they aint to hot on their order processing

Form-mail query I put in this morning said something along the lines of:
"...my order number is xxxxxx, and I appear to have received the order xxxxyx by mistake..."

Reply from their customer services team says:
"Can you tell me the order number of the order you received?..."
[No apology in the email, I noted]

a fella i work with received someone elses order from them & when he informed them they sent him the correct stuff he ordered & said they'd be in touch about getting the incorrectly ordered stuff back....that was a few months ago & they still haven't mentioned it despite further orders being placed by him, they did take a while getting the correct olrder to him but seeing as the incorrect stuff was way more than he ordered i don't think he minded much!
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is
