I was coming here to ask if you need a google account to sign up, trying to get an invite to my non-G account via the website isn't proving to be easy.

So do we have a convenient way for Hexites to find each other on Google+? Or are we not "social" enough for that

Biscuit: just tried but google can't find you with that email address...? s'ok, got there in the end: the discovery options aren't very intuitive though: I assume that's to avoid you finding people *too* easily...

i cant get over how good the circles thing actually is, its so easy to use and set up privacy settings. I tired to do it in facebook a while ago and it was so infuriatingly clunky, especially with hundreds of friends. I just scrapped the idea and gave up.

I'm still trying to get used to the idea that you decide to share things with people rather than to see what other people are up to - i.e. as far as I can tell there's no concept of "following" someone else - or have I got that wrong?

EDIT: I must have that wrong, because Google+ reckons I'm only in 2 people's circles, but I have more people's post in my stream than that? I need more friends, obviously

None of my friends are interested in it. I'm talking to myself. I think it'll come good when the iOS app passes through Apples verification (god knows when that is though)

When, or rather, if...
Apple have the ability to utterly crush G+ simply by finding some miniscule reason which allows it to say no and i suspect they will!
