    Ebuyer order cancellation

One of my mates has just made an order on Ebuyer - the Samsung laser thats on for £49.99. He's just seen it on comet for £45 with free delivery (works out to be just under £10 cheaper taking into delivery).

Now what he wants to do is cancel his order, but i've heard that ebuyer dont actually refund - they just leave you in credit for the amount they've already taken (they have taken the money from his card already).

Could anyone clarify this for me.

Well they'd probably prefer to just credit him, and I'm no legal expert - but if he wants a refund, I'm pretty sure that's what he's entitled to!
