Don't think anyone is having a dig I think it is a matter of what the human mind can believe. If you are brought up religously it is easyier to contemplate the world was made in 6 days (Genesis) than someone who is not religous they will probably understand the scientific view.

I think the most believable view would be one of a neutral who will look at this logically and say "the world made in 6 days by the hands of God" or "The Big Bang"

It's not 6 days, the original transliteration was actually 6 periods of time which is something Christians accept The concept of 6 days isn't the important part, and many Christians I know disregard this piece of literature because there's so much debate over it. The important thing as a Christian to accept is that God created the earth.

Also, the Big Bang is equally (scientifically) as logical as Christianity. If The Big Bang theory were true, where did the matter to create that Big Bang come from in the first place? This is what we call "infinite regression" For something to exist, it has to be created whether naturally or by an omnipotent force such as a God.

But do you agree with the point i was making? that its easier for a religous person to believe God created the world rather than science and Vice Versa?

and Who made God? see above

If we met aliens and found they shared Christian views then yes that would be a very good arguement for the religion, but if Earth can't agree on one religion, what are the odds of aliens sharing one?

So surely all these religions can not be correct as all religions that I know have a God that they follow so which God is the right God or are they the same God. Does this statement imply that some religions are flawd?

I believe they are out there somewhere, they have to be, if not in this universe than in one of the parallel ones

Plus, the spooky sounds from movies when aliens are coming or when their flying saucers are landing are so funny, i would love to hear how that sounds in reality...

I have voted yes. There is life out there somewhere even if it might be only microscopic. But how can humans be so arrogant as to think that they are the only intelligent life in a universe so vast that most people cannot even imagine to understand the scale of it.

In an infinite Universe with infinite possibilitys and probabilitys there has to be a chance of God, Aliens and maybe even an infinite amount of direct copies of ourselves and our planet in the Universe, basically anything you can imagine (and even things you cant) are possible ! Thanks to this word anything is possible and therefore probable ? Thats what infinity is surely - an infinite time - space ? Its just to big for us to comprehend and maybe the culprit was the inventor of this concept lol !

I'll cite a book I'm reading when I get home tonight, it raises some very interesting issues about this even if you weren't take to take infinite space and time into account.
