    Headache cure obtainable from office?

Was playing IL-2 till about 12 last night.

Woke up this morning feeling like I'd been punched by a professional boxer. I always keep my sleeping to as little as i can manage (never really enjoyed sleep massively). This means that i'm fine on a day to day basis, but if i stay up more than 20 minutes later than usual, i suffer the next day big time.. I'm on work experience and have already managed to forget my tie because of all the headachey confusion.

Bearing in mind i don't have access to paracetamol, how can i suppress the headpain for a bit?

Yeah drink a lot of water, and try not to get stressed up, just because of your headache! I know it's hard, I've been sitting sick with fever and all (and a major headache) on an exam..but try to think about other things. .

choose a part of your body other than your head, then whack yourself REALLY HARD on your chosen area

the pain from this will take your mind off your headache
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is

tried the water thing, which has reduced it all by about 30%. gotta say petrefax: even though i'm fully aware that it's a joke and that if it works it's probably just as a placebo, i think that really has come close to stopping the headache!

i'm feeling much more bright now that i've given myself tasks (this lot aren't great at dishing out work) and the worst of it has now gone, except when those damn phones start wringing...

One thing when it's relatively warm and you're playing computer games after about 10pm, make sure you have plenty to drink before going to bed. You get dehydrated quickly otherwise.

Hmmm Id say unless you have migraines that this is all down to dehydration, stop the coffee/tea and drink a heck of alot more water, sad but it works really really well, if you stay up late knock back a pint of water 30 mins before bed you'll never have a hang over again nor headaches when u wake up.
