sneaky dabs?

ok, I'm just being cynical, but...

I RMA'd a cheapo 100mbps hub/switch (£15) and my recently departed Antec TruePower 380w (£61) expecting a warranty repair/replacement - but I was recently notified about being credited with a refund.

I didn't ask for a refund in any way, I even had to remind them the warranty is 3 years for Antec not 1. They still stock the Antec, a whole £1.10 cheaper than before, as well as the cheapo switch.

So I'm thinking, instead of getting a replacement, which is what I'd have prefered and was inferred, they refund me, so I then have to pay out for more postage. But that's not everything is it, because I'm in sunny Northern Ireland (which it actually is today) I get slapped with an "outlying region surcharge" as well.

Clever eh?

yeah it sucks living here in NI as dabs delivery is at least 8.50, ebuyer and others most time are over 15.

dabs went for a refund with me... don't mail them call them ASAP once you manage to get to speak to a human they will sort it out
