    Freelance job sites?

I'm looking for some freelance designers and developers, and I've heard of several jobsites which work on a no commision basis, but for the life of me can't remember the urls....

Anybody heard of anything similar and wouldn't mind posting, I'd be grateful.

Dunno what they charge but the most common site I use as a contract network engineer when looking for a new contract is Jobserve. Most contractors I know use that one. Depends on how wide an audience you want to hit.

May be worth taking a look at totaljobs.com, you put your cv up and companies search through them for viable candidates.

yo.. you don't actually represent IBM do you ibm ?

I think rentacoder.com is to0 hard to get decent coders from, because you get the CHEAPEST coder willing to do the job - without grumbling they are in India - not the BEST coder for the job...

Just my rambling, drunken thoughts !

    [edit]

btw, I AM free for a few weeks.... I have good programming skills... and am really handsome... still a bit drunk, but I can code ! Please take this in the jestful manner it was intended
