i am a metal fan, out of all the metallica songs frantic and the one are the 2 most overated imo, i dont like them, yet the one at least is meant to be a ledgendary track never really got into it too much tho (wheres the shrug smiley)

I pilfered the av from the web and played with it slightly to get it how i wanted it.

Swafe, tis your opinion, frantic and most of the stuff on st. anger is in my opinion under-rated and dismissed way too quickly by many people although there are those (mainly people that can't name more than three metallica albums in my experience) who label frantic and the unamed feeling to be the best tracks ever written by em, 90% of my mates label it as utter crap, and while its not as good as master of puppets or ride the lightning its still a good album that i can sit and enjoy.

I've gotta say that to me that one is a classic and one of their best, just the idea of it is very deep, the guys trapped in complete darkness nothing else but his thoughts and nothing to feel but pain.

Aye there is that, plus it has to be the best song they do live, kicks the carp outta you.

AJFA is my fave tallica album, there ain't a single track on there that I could not listen to 10 times straight and still not get bored, although you would need quite a bit of time to listen to any track off AJFA 10 times straight. Dyers Eve is also an amazing sone and I think very underrated, shame in the 26 times I have seen Metallica live, I've yet to see them play it

i feel the same about master of puppets, i once listened to it literally 10 times over constantly and never got bored, the album is a work of genius

where as st anger, well isnt, compared to their other stuff, its all new and commersial aimed at selling records more than being the classic they used to be. its good, ill give them that just not as good, if anyone else released the album they'd be a legend the only reason i look down on it is because their old stuff i feel is much better imo. i do like a bit of some kind of monster, has to be said that track isnt bad
