It is likely he won't be employed in F1 again, especially as certain countries won't give him a visa with convictions (States). Possibly will loose his superlicence (required for top level racing) as well. So his racing career is in the balance in a big way.
Apparently one of his bargaining chips was do with a drive for the accusers team, which obviously hasn't come off.
The whole incident is a little strange though and could of been dealt with a lot better from both sides. It certainly came across (to me anyway) as the accuser just wanting to ruin Sutil for the sake of it and therefore blowing a lot of it out of proportion but I guess we'll never hear the full story...
