I am getting more annoyed reading some of the comments on youtube. People just dont seem to have any morals left. I can't believe the thief was trying to calmly have a conversation with him thats its ok the take another persons property
I've watched the video twice and I cant find any evidence of theft.
Just someone saying there was..
Am I missing something?

what a pathetic caution, he should have been given some community service or something
paying £500, haha... pathetic, he probably made near that selling on the original, not to mention the damage it has caused i.e loss of contacts, photos etc as i dont think the iphone has a backup service like googles? If it does then well i guess shes paid of her contract early.
He should certainly have been given community service aswell because im not being funny but it wasnt one of those things, "oh ill steal this cause no ones looking", it was "oh ill steal this, been told not to but piss off im taking it anyways as its all mine". Damn right lack of respect and its obvious he will do it again just wont get caught next time.
Well, that's justice in the world.

And for at least a while, who is going to employ him?
Depends how deeply the company looks into him, its just a caution so there is no criminal record
