    Harry Enfield character

I was looking through old threads I've made for the name of an old cartoon I couldn't remember the name of and I happened upon a thread (from 2004!!!) where I asked about a Harry Enfield character

whats the name of the character that has quite a high pitched voice and generally sounds worried about everything?

Like one sketch he goes on about how sometimes these men come and take the bags from outside his house (they are bin men, but he doesn't know that)
people remembered it, but couldn't remember the name! Zak had a great rendition

[ultra high pitch voice]...........and there's a high pitched ringing , a ringing in my ears, and then I picked up this plastic thing and the ringing stopped, but they as I held it to my head,, I had voices, voices in my head and then the female person I live with, she had a big lump in her tummy, and then a little person fell out, and the little person is taking all her time and I dont like the little person.....[/ultra high pitch voice]
as did Vaul/Stewart (is he still about?)

A person! Coming out of another person! And it clings to her, wont let her go. She's brought it home, its in the house with her now. I'm not going in there...
So.... do you know the name of this character?

Hmm, can't dredge it back up.

This suggests a Mr Paranoid? but can find no further mention of.

Definitely Harry Enfield? Sounds like a Paul Whitehouse character that I vaguely remember.

Definitely Harry Enfield. I don't remember the character having a name and from a bit of googling nobody seems to know what name he had, if any.

I remember it very well but, I don't ever remember the character having a name.

I was trying to find out the name of the man( played by Paul Whitehouse) who tells his wife what is happening on the TV all the time too.
