lol did you do what the majority of people do, i never understood this but you see hords of people doing it, they eat something cold get "brainfreeze - the pain in the forehead) and they slap their forehead to make it better, surely that just doesn't work at all

i just grit my teeth and screw mt eyes up till it passes, i've learned how to avoid it so dont get it as often now :p
someone showed me once that if you push you thumb up against the roof of you mouth quite hard and hold it for a while, applying pressure throughout, it helps you get over headaches, dunno about with ice headaches...but there you go
BrOw
pressing your tongue hard to the roof of your mouth cures it :)
Hms, I'm really not sure what I'm doing in a situation like that. I haven't paid much attention to that :P But I guess it's something stupid, that is not working well :). But I guess I'm quite good at avoid it..because I can't really remember the last time I went trough that pain ;).
forehead? my brainfreeze is at the centre-rear of my head . . . I never seem to have an excuse to slap my foreheed :(
Aww..poor you Acid :P
Urgh brain-freeze... I hate that
Brain freezes suck, they hurt so much.
Yeh horrible things!
Had a bad experiance in the swimming pool earlier when I got cramp in just my lil toe, that bloody hurt. I think people were wondering what I was doing hopping up and down. hehe
I hold my breath and squeeze my eyes shut and it seems to pass quicker, I had to do it today when I ate a Fruit Pastilles lolly too quickly at work. :(
Thats what I do, natural reaction!Quote:
