I'd also suggest depending on whether you'd consider working for the council or not, checking your council web sites. Most of the ones I've looked at have a jobs section.

I've just looked at www.jobserve.com that u suggested MrFlibble and I have to say thats the best IT related jobs resource I've seen on the web so far!

I've only been looking for like 15 mins and I've already found about 6 jobs I'm interested in!
