Sounds good, and if it was as reliable and safe as you say, I would be willing to pay

It will be reliable, or we wouldn't deploy it.

I'd be happy to pay a few quid, but not £15. Thats a lot of cash for just a mail account.

£15 a year though, it's not a lot of cash. About a fiver more than Hotmail, and Hotmail is spam central, and doesn't do a good job at virus scanning.

    I thought hotmail was free?

I do need another email address at the moment as my madasafish account and my btinternet account have both been closed.

I was looking at starting a hotmail account for the first time in my life, but the spam is just so bad I would rather not have a email account at all.

So if it really is good, then yes I would be willing to pay for it.

I'd like a hexus email....only problem is so many people know my hotmail one so it might be a hastle to change. Having said that I have been getting stupid amounts of spam the last few months so it might be about time for a change.

You can redirect your HEXUS Account to other ones or pump other ones through it.

Trash Man, I mean't for a half decent service (more than 2 meg of space which gets used up within 1 spam retrieval), Hotmail costs about a tenner a year.

    Never knew that

So even though you pay for it you still get a mass amount of spam on hotmail?

100mb sounds nice. I'd like (obviously strictly limited to email features) shell access so I could forward/serve large files by email without having to download them here over 56k or failing that at least an editable .procmailrc. If it came with webspace (pref PHP/mysql) I'd definitely pay £15/yr. As it is my nice uni account with all the above dies in 5 days so I'm looking for replacement

It would be via webmail not via shell.

I am not going to dish out full php and mysql webspace and top end anti spam mail for 15 quid a year.... I will of course do a deal for you if you wanted both.

I don't expect a full-on bandwidth-munching vB/phpnuke install or anything for £15/yr of course! It'd be for personal use, very low bandwidth, and I'd expect to pay excessive bandwidth charges on top of any initial fee. As for webmail, would I be able to have access to .procmail filtering? It makes IMAP rather pointless unless some form of filtering were provided.
