i'd have to say a woman who lookes like Thora Birch, with manerisms and personality by Fairluza Balk (sp?). she'd have to love music, video games, dossing, long romantic strolls in the country (i do have a romantic side!!), cooking me food and general sofa hugging, leading to bedroom fun

The best thing about us, is that despite our problems i.e. the distance - which is 90 miles across water and involves a two and a half hour boat trip (which costs abit) to see each other.... we are still together, nearly 18 months on and that frankly rocks above everything else

And there is nothing i miss about being single, i didnt like at all

Only having to look out for myself.

Being able to do things at the drop of a hat.

Things I love about being in a relationship:

Being able to talk to someone

Looking out for someone else (even tho i miss just looking out for me); gives me a sense of place

having a 'plan' for the future

having a personal secretary to help me keep appointments and things

As you might gather from my post on the "Which material possession..." thread, I like to be flexible, always at hand and ready for anything. I enjoy the freedom of being single, allowing me to do just about anything, go just about anywhere, at the drop of a hat.

I must admit, I do also enjoy getting an ego boost when I attract the attention or compliments of a young lady. Maybe that wont stop when I'm 'attached' (the attention/compliments) but I'm thinking I'd not have to enjoy them as much, or learn to ignore them.

Having said that, the friend mentioned above is quite complimentary, which is nice!

Usually I would go for a shorter girl than me ( 5 foot 7 shortarse ) but my current girlfriend ( of 6 years ) stands 3 inches taller than me . She's a bit of a crazy one really.....makes me laugh.......up for a good crack when we go out........carries me home after a session on the ale love her too bits really . Bought a house together so shes as good as me wife ( common-in-law wife, I beleive ) though not gettin married.
