Amazon - Adding a New Address is Invalid?

Doesn't seem to be a general retail section, so I'll post it here.

Trying to buy some stuff from Amazon tonight, and as I've moved, I am trying to change my delivery address. However, for some reason, it's not accepting UK addresses as far as I can tell. It complains that the city, county and post code are invalid. Yet if I change the country (eg, Isle of Man), it's happy. Bloody annoying. I am using my phone to connect to the Internet for the time being until a line is installed, so wonder if it's some kind of number/IP geographical thing?

Nope, just added a new address to my Amazon account without issue...?

I was trying to get them to deliver to my work address and found out it was a little bit picky in the way fill the form in. For example, it wanted "OXON" rather than Oxfordshire. Guess there were too many discrepancies between the city/county and the post code I was giving. Only when I fixed that would it then suggest what it wanted...
