Darts to be at the Olympics?

so why is shooting in the olympics?? thats even worse than darts atleast with darts there is some arm movement and something to watch

Shooting, IIRC, caused as much of a stir. I think it got in becaused it is based on ancient militia, as is much of the Olympics. Biggest example archery. But all sports require great athletism (apart from shooting ), which relates back to being the mightier nation.

It's all ancient greek to me
