Sure that's not a spoof? It's hilarious.
It was so obvious that it was going to be something like that, I dont blame them though.

I wonder if they`ll get done for contempt of court?
To me its basically saying The british court told us to say this but the rest of the world said we where right ..
They can't even spell correctly.
Stay classy apple.

Apart from 'judgment' and 'recognize' (both incorrect spellings) what else was wrong?
I noticed wilfully, written as willfully.
Makes sense I suppose, but TBH it's on a UK website so they should use English spellings.
Yeah ok and I'm sure that every time you post on an american forum or site you use american spellings right?
I am British and I lived a lot of years in Canada where they speak american English and for some reason it just chaps my hide every time I see someone, either British or American, saying that just because people post on another countries forums or sites they should use local spellings and/or Grammar.
A big company like Apple surely have UK employees, and after a huge UK court case, about the UK market, they should use spellings considered correct in the UK.
And it depends where you live in Canada, I know some places use predominantly 'British' English.
Unfortunately, it's something you have to constantly bear in mind when working with Linux CLI, for example. E.g. try creating an 'authorised_keys' file for SSH; it doesn't work, the program doesn't even attempt to look for it, you have to spell it 'authorized_keys'. It's the type of thing your mind auto-corrects, so you can spend an annoying amount of time trying to figure out why something isn't working because of a silly problem like that.
