Hexus App for phones?!
I think that an application for android, i-phones and windows phones (yes i remembered) would be a fantastic investment and would boost not only forum activity (if it was compatible) but hopefully overall website activityjust an idea of course so don't hold me to it!
There is an app on blackberry/android/ios and windows I think called tapatalk which allows you to post on forums so much easier than a mobile view. Works on thousands of forum sites.
I am using it right now to type this.
Google tapatalk and you will find it.
With Tapatalk and a mobile skin for the main site, I don't really see the need for a dedicated app. Especially when in all likely hood it would just receive HTML from the servers anyway (just like the Facebook App). The Hexus servers are nice and fast and are well connected so pages are speedy even on slow connections. They are also nicely optimised because the guys know what they are doing. Eve the full site works well on my HTC One X, which is more than can be said for many sites.

Thats the mobile version of the site and is really cool and quick to browse.
There is no tapatalk for windows phone except for an off shoot, this does not get a good write up so I shall leave that alone, the mobile hexus. net page is good but on the forum it could do with a new posts button.
it might be nice if they made a tile for Windows 8 / Metro.
The live tile is very easy to make, can also have simple notifications too (like RSS feed).
