Friday: fireworks, food, beer.. so what are you up too lovely people?

Working 'til 8.30, home by 9.30, getting the lash on.

For me its kids and TV.My son was 1 yesterday so mum is visiting. We will have fireworks on Monday night.

My dad's funeral was 5 years ago on Nov 5th. Set fireworks off that day for him. Now a family tradition.

crisp n dry? its been hailstoning and heavy rain since yesterday around here, everywheres all soggy. lightning storm last night was fun though, better than any fireworks that :D


neighbours have piled up their old kitchen and a few trees theyve chopped down, its at the bottom of the garden, near a wooden fence and an old garage with asbestos roof, should be fun if they get it lit.

Not a firework person since a rocket flew into the kitchen and on the way went under my little lads legs when he was 5, now thats many years ago and shudder at the thought of fireworks now, not that I am a Bah Humbug, its everyone to there own, I will be sat in front of the computer and having a few beers, cheers and keep warm folks.

Mostly getting an early night for my shift tomorrow and trying to stop the dog having a heart attack every time a volley of rockets goes up... It's gonna be a long night!

What few mates i have in maidenhead are working tonight so im stuck in the flat staring at a wall :(

I would drive up to see some of my other mates but my car is going in to have some ICE kit installed tomorrow morning so i need an early(ish) one anyway

Had an evening in with my Mrs and her cousin and her fiance, watched a movie whilst trying to fix a laptop and jumping out my skin everytime a loud firework went off.

Same as any other Friday really. Sit in front of the PC, watch stuff, play stuff and drink coffee until it comes out of my nose.

Same as every Friday night since I left school, getting ready to go to work at 11 and drive all night(am a lorry driver) so people can there daily dose off gossip in there papers

now i am reading all i can about my new graphics card.

I'm off the booze. Need to get back into shape.

Brothers cider now, half watching some crap on teevee. Smokey smoke and a movie soon though, the weather has been dire all day so fireworks are a no.

My life is so exciting

Now I am in bed watching Zombieland while the wife plays MW on the xbox.

One kid is sleeping and the other is at grannies.

COD4 on stupid hard level.

I had a 3 pack of herta frankfurters (so 30) boiling on the hob, 24 bread buns to fit, and some French's mustard and Heinz tommy sauce.... 3 kids, 1 mate, a great firework display, and then home for far too many and varied beers and then red wine when the ale ran out.

was a top night... :)

Palmers 200 beer is lovely.

Delivered birthday cake to Stepson at Bath, fireworks, beer, pub lunch and SNOW.
