so people cant have 2 personas then?

a relaxed at home, potty mouthed, not so serious, like playing games and having fun, slobely, ice cream, junk food eating, lazy so-and-so.

    compared to a

serious, gets on with their job, hard working, healthy eating, well mannered, person.

thats what i'm like, as im sure that politician is in that BBC article, aswell as many people sat reading this are like

but they are politicians complaining, its probably a side effect of working for long hours and being in the opublic eye alot,, they have just forgotten what its like to be a normal person.

Re: Don't play online games - they're wrong and bad

I think they've rather shot themselves in the foot politically. More over 50's(one of the most important demographics) play computer games in America than under 25's and as she pointed out more than half of Americans in total. Quite funny them mocking her for spending 22 hours a week on WoW when the average American watches 30 hours of TV a week.

If they wanted to attack her maturity or credibility they should really focus on the comments about wanting to drown her political opponents and alike. Because some of her comments really aren't suitable for any public servant to be making even online and jokingly, but they've pee'd that up the wall by tying it to the WoW thing.

Nah, just the Republicans would prefer to take part in real wars or 'play' with real weapons.

    That's just funny.

I wonder if the penny has dropped yet and they have realised that by trying to discredit her they have probably just helped her win.

I doubt it. The remarks attributed to the "Maine Republicans" suggest they're so out of touch they're still trying to cope with the implications of the discovery of fire, never mind that new-fangled "wheel" thingamajig.
