Help. (Go on you may as well)

I'm playing my first major gig in a new area on friday.
    yay!

Problem: I have a pretty bad flu type virus..
coughing, sore throat, chest infection etc

    Finding singing very difficult...

can someone recomend me a cure, and one that I can sing with??

EG. Lockets make singing VERY hard....so no.
    PS. I prefer natural medicines.....

    Cheers!

    Hmmmmmm.
Some one said the old hot toddey in my thread abvout cold type things and it works
bit of honey, some lemon juice, drop of whiskey and some hot water mix it up.
For clearing up noses Olbas oil is pretty good. Some drops in a boul of warm water put ur head over it with a towel over your head to keep the vapour in. Its kinda vial but it works.
    Hope that helps

Both very good suggestions... also stick to fresh juice - no fizzy drinks etc.

Also try warm orange / black current squash

You're not going to believe this, but you should try a couple of raw lemons! Eat them like oranges, then wash them down with honey in hot water.
