hehe, it doesn't take a kid to know the greatness of cadburys chocolate buttons! :D
Personally, after Mid-November, I assume that I'll be almost completely reliant upon their restorative powers; my understanding is that they're a more effective silencer than a Zalman GFX cooler... :D
Freeze spray for Under 6 football teams works a treat too :)
I'll have to remember chocolate as bribes...

CONGRATS MATE..........I guess that doesn't mean you are getting a puppy then ;)Quote:

Apologies for offense caused. It was tongue in cheek tbh - MMR doesn't cause autism (fact).
Cheers, Zak. Apparently, it will have two legs and two arms - but it IS guaranteed to be noisy, widdle on the carpet and demand feeding all the time so I don't want to exclude the possibility... :DQuote:

Got a parents guide somewhere, I'll post it here for you.
Cheers - apparently my other half is buying me the Haynes manual...
Count me in for one of them there manuals too!
:D
My wife gave me a 'Guide for New Dads' when she was pregnant with our first.
It was right on the button when it said 'Living with someone who is pregnant is a bit like living with a mental patient'
(I read that out to her as a joke & she wasn't impressed. Two days later the cat had bought a live rat into the house. Cue the missus standing on the sofa screaming with me chasing the rat armed with a hammer, a broom & a can of flyspray (to try & blind it). It moved like **** off a stick. Eventually I cornered it & broke its neck with the hammer & broomstick. My wife burst into tears & screamed 'I hate my sister'. I rest my case.)
The power of anything sweet with children has a amazing calrming affect
I assume we're in the same boat, then, CA? If so, CONGRATULATIONS - now look what you've gone and done... :DQuote:

thank god i havn't got kids, i hate the little things! noisy, messy, and cost too much... but then again, i'm only 17 so i recon having kids now wouldn't be a great plan anyway, haha. when i was little, the promise of chocolate always made me behave.
...and now we have to use a blunt instrument... :D
combined with a herbal remedy :DQuote:
