It's not us, but rather another site that people use to host signature images (thanks for investigating snootyjim).
I'm compiling a list of affected users and removing the offending parts of their signatures. Once the site in question sorts itself out, they can add them back if they wish.
They're just PNGs and they're rendering OK, so I assume some other part of the site in question has been affected and not the signature generator.
