Contact the eBay seller - they must sort it out. I had a case delivered to wrong address but after a phone call to Scan, the DPD driver went back there the next day and picked it up.

It could have been left at a wrong address or signed by a neighbour

Could be worse than the one I had, they stuck it in the bin... on bin day!

well no neighbors have my parcel ive yet to hear back from the ebay seller as well. I also contacted interlink express i want to know where my parcel is...and at the mo i don't think i can do much as someone has signed for it in my mums name...so only a few things have happened, either the driver has stole it, delivered it to the wrong address or left it somewhere,

P.S no point checking the bins as it has been "delivered" since the 30th! if it was in them its long gone now!

At the end of the day, it's the seller's responsibility. It's just a mouse, why didn't they send it by Royal Mail?

It was a £50 mouse that is why its a problem o.O

But anyway small update! spoke with the seller who seems to be really helpful at the moment, he has provided a link that had my mothers forged signature....unfortunately for who ever did this that screwed the sig up completely as it is nothing like my mums which she can prove with he driving license and bank card which has her signature on it. We are now waiting on a response from interlink express who as the seller has said are "looking into it" so hopefully will find out who has my damn mouse! although the seller has said that he doubts someone has stolen it this still leaves me confused as to who signed for it...
