Thats what you get when people are sufficiently stupid that they cant tell the difference between the words "Store" and "Shop".
Apple STORE sells iProducts, never seen one called "Apple Shop" before.

A shop which sells apples, as in literally actual apples, "Apple shop" seems completely generic, reasonable, obvious, and non-competitive to me. I'm not exactly going to walk into this shop and mistakenly walk out with half a dozen Gala's instead of an iFad. This is exactly the kind of litigation abuse that makes IP law look like an illegitimate joke.
I don't think there's been any litigation, just a guy who's had to change the name of his shop 'cos angry Apple Computer Inc users were getting confused...
It was deliberately ambiguous...
