The second one, I think. She'd probably think that you're proposing if you gave her one of the others...
The second one's quite stylish, the first one would make you look like a cheap skate and the third one's just a bit vulgar. Tuppence worth.
They told me I was gullible ... and I believed them.
I agree with Theo here. The others certainly look more like engagement rings.Originally Posted by Theo

I'd go with the first or the 3rd. They look elegant.
I think they're all a bit much for an 18th - unless you're talking engagement also!
It's a tough call - but maybe a necklace would be a better (and safer option) - in my experience rings cause families to start planning for the big event!

I like the first one, the second one is too geometric and the third, well i just dont like claw settings they get caught on things when u're rummaging in bags to find keys etc.
1st one
I like the first one, although it is a little like an engagement ring, and also the second. The third one is just horrible - I find those kinds of settings really old fashioned.
On a side note: PrivatePyle HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA that sig is quality
Been together for 9 months so far, want to say thank your for putting up with me for that long
This one is also quite nice. I was thinking if i went with the first one then i would also buy her a nice necklace, problem is i cant find one
Nah, not keen on that one. I think you had the right idea with the first two - something simple but elegant.
If you want to find a nice necklace, get off yout butt, stop surfing the interweb, and go and visit some actual jewellers shops Shopping for stuff like that online is a nightmare. You should quite easily be able to find something - if you wanted one to match, you could get one with a silver/white gold chain and a small diamond? Should set you back about the same amount as the ring.
It'll be worth it tho, she'll be bowled over
the one with the biggest bling potential
Im being taken around next friday by an older female friend to some smaller jewellry shops she knows Thinking of a ring on a chain since i found out today that she doesn't really wear rings...Originally Posted by MAS
